Just breathe.




"Prayer is when you talk to GOD, 
meditation is when GOD talks to you."

Meditating makes me want to sit with myself.
Meditation calms my over-thinker mind.
Meditation helps me think differently.

I have been meditating for over thirty days now. 
I started with ten minutes per day, 
and now find myself meditating 
anywhere from 
ten to forty minutes a day. Sometimes twice a day.

I have to say for a girl who has a hard time sitting still, 
meditation has truly made me open 
to a lot of new thoughts and feelings
about a lot of the fear-based thinking 
that I am used to. 

"Don't believe everything you think."



I am currently mediating with Headspace
{ I signed up for a year }
and I'm also doing the 
YouTube meditations with Kelsey J. Patel.
I particularly love this one and I'm also taking her Reiki 101 class.
