Strawberry Coconut Yogurt Nice Cream.

You are what you eat. So, eat this.


1 1/4 cups of frozen strawberries
1 cup of vegan coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon of maple syrup

Optional toppings: chia seeds, berries, coconut flakes

Directions: Put frozen strawberries and the yogurt in a blender and blend well. 
When the strawberries are blended and the texture is ice cream-ish 
you can add the maple syrup, more or less to taste. 
Fill the nice cream into a pretty bowl and garnish with desired toppings, 
for example, chia seeds.
