so easy. no-guilt. key lime pie.


after spending a week in florida, eating fattening key lime pie, 
i couldn't wait to get home and make my own, no-guilt version. 
i've made it two times in the past two days! it's refreshing. 
light and sooo delicious! even the kids love it.

  • One - 14 oz. can of fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup - Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice
  • 3/4 cup egg beaters
  • One - 9" reduced fat graham cracker crust
Combine condensed milk, egg beaters and key lime juice. 
Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 
Allow to sit 10 mins. before refrigerating. Once cold,
serve with cool whip or whipped cream. 
{if you can't wait until it cools {like me}, it's really tasty warm, too.}
